B.Merrell's Wing Sauce is available for retail. We had so many requests from guests and purveyors that we decided maybe it was time.

We have served thousands of gallons of both B.Merrell's Original and Caribbean Sauce for almost 20 years. We found it's not just for chicken wings. Our customers put it on just about anything. It's particularly great on rotisserie chicken, grilled chicken, burgers and ribs.

Our flavor "philosophy" is fairly simple:

1.   Original — Flavor 1st, hot 2nd. We believe the sauce should be hot but not so that the flavor is lost.

2.   Caribbean — Sweet then a little heat. Definitely for the wing lover who loves the taste of wings with not all the heat.

3.   Caribbean Burn — A combination of both our Original and Caribbean sauces. Deliviers a sweet taste with more heat.
